It’s seriously one of my favs because it breaks all the traditional rules of how a site should look and feel, but it suits Christina perfectly so her clients can really get a sense of who she is.  Anyhow, here she is with all her glory! Check out Christina’s custom site and blog! She loves typewriters (as you could probably tell) so we carried that theme across from her site and into her blog. Her site features a lot of cool stuff that nobody elses’ does like little hover keys that make a typing sound when you click them! So cute! Her blog is a customized SMD MilkPress Theme which gave us a solid foundation to start from with the blog. Since we coded the theme, we can do some extra things to it to make it super special which we did in Christina’s case.

Her new site features a cool flower animation that sets the scene for a totally fluid and engaging experience. Megan already had a pretty cool blog established, so we came up with some designs and built out a site that would compliment her existing brand. It was totally worth the work and Megan was a blast to work with. Her site is amazing!

We have such a creative team of people working together closely to constantly bring creative websites to the table, while maintaining the end goal with custom photography websites; display the images as large as possible, and make the site as easy to navigate as possible. Jill’s new custom Showit website accomplishes this along with adding a little flair of personality.

Her brand carries cohesively across into her new blog that’s based off our our custom wordpress theme for Showit.

It also takes a unique approach in that they display Showit slideshows instead of a gallery of images. Just goes to show you the power that wedding slideshows still have. Their site features no bells or whistles, just good clean design and some beautiful slideshows that are worth watching.

Luckily no one person is alike, so each “feels” different but the obstacle them becomes making them all “look” different. This often means trying new things and taking new approaches with common problems like “putting something more on the home page besides a boring slide-show.” We are blessed to have a creative team of individuals that can take a photographers established marketing materials and transform it into a completely custom website that’s tailored to fit.

Sarah Parent’s new custom site features “peeling” stickers as entrances into a dual portal website featuring a separate weddings and portraits section, unique home page layouts, and a simple but effective “about” page.

As a photographer I’ve been well aware of them for many years now, and have always enjoyed their work. The ability to show emotion without color in imagery is quite an accomplishment, but these guys do with grace. Naturally their site and blog needed to be completely simple, letting the images stand out and speak for themselves.

Their custom Showit website includes individualized sections highlighting Amber, Nathan, and their associate photographer Jeremy. With each given their own galleries and investment pages, it makes the site large in structure, but remains simple and intuitive to navigate. Their blog setup is fused together with Showit using a custom version of our MilkPress blog framework, making it cohesive across the board and solidifying the global brand.

One thing we can say without any reservation is that the personalities of Genya and Wesleyann from Vue Photography are directly reflected in this site; figuratively and literally speaking. In the two years we’ve been building custom Showit websites, it’s right up there as one of our ultimate favorites. Each page brings something new so be sure to tuck away a good 30 minutes to look through their new site. Not only is the site pure and fresh, but their photography is absolutely stunning!
