Our clients are creative professionals mostly comprised of wedding photographers. In that industry, it is imperative that somebody “be themselves.” After all YOU are the person your client is booking, so naturally your site should speak volumes about YOU. Hopefully we’ve drilled this in enough, and we’d like to introduce you to a site that is a prime example of just that.

Leila has this box that she is very attached too. In speaking with her on the phone during our first consult, a vision of a “site-where-you-would-fly-into-the-box” came across. With a 3D artist at our disposal, we took full advantage of him and his insane skills. The entire 3D animation was made from scratch and compressed down into FLV format. Compressing the animation to a small enough size, but still retaining great quality was indeed a great challenge. The biggest challenge was lining up a still image, and the video as the overlay. In the end Leila’s site became one of the most complex and unique yet, but we have a feeling with a 3D artist available we may be seeing more sites go in this direction. And we are happy to take you there!

Lastly, a creative site like Leila’s couldn’t go without a blog so using Showit and WordPress we built a custom blog that flows nicely with her main site.

Jaz is a wedding and lifestyle photographer located in the UK, and contacted us to build a custom Showit site that was unique to her personality. Jaz definitely has a “bright and perky” attitude, as her website directly reflects this. She LOVES purple, and implementing a color palette with shades of purple and pink was a must. Jaz’s Showit site features custom fonts, custom objects, and custom page and site pre loaders. Her blog features a custom header that was built in Showit, and embedded to fit her blog.

It was SUPER important for Katya’s website to reflect the…tension that her photography possesses.. The night we presented our second round of concepts to her, I just knew we had “it.”  Ironically enough the stripes that we designed for her site we’re identical to the stripes that we’re on the hotel walls where she was having a photo shoot that evening. We didn’t know this until after presenting the second round of concepts. The stars definitely aligned on this site, and boy is it BIG! A total of 17 galleries and 20 nested style groups! Katya’s site features a very in depth section about her, custom site and page loaders, custom fonts, custom objects, custom gallery controls, a registry page using Showit’s paypal widgets, and more!
